Course Summary
Join our free Book Club based on Rebecca Thompson Hitt's 4th book, It's Never too Late to Heal: Transforming the Relationship Stories of Our Lives. You don't have to have the book to participate in the mix of pre-recorded content and live calls to talk about the book! We talk about real relationship challenges from partnerships to pre-conception, from pregnancy, birth, and early life relationships to older children, pre-teens, teens, young adults, all the way to grandparents! We'll explore healing relationships with repair and reconciliation, as well as healing a relationship alone (when someone isn't capable or willing to heal together, or when someone is no longer in a physical body). Join us!!

Rebecca Thompson Hitt
I've spent thirty years sitting with families and individuals in the moments when life unravels, and in the slower, quieter work of putting it back together. I'm a holistic family therapist (MS, MFT), the founder of the Consciously Parenting Project, and the author of four books. The work I do now lives under a wider name: Thriving Humans.
What I've learned across three decades is that most of us are living from someone else's script: the way we were told to parent, to partner, to work, to feel. My work is helping people set the script down long enough to ask what's actually true for them. The grief they've been outrunning. The patterns they haven't wanted to see. The choices they haven't had room to make.
I draw on attachment theory, nervous system regulation, prenatal and perinatal somatic psychology, and the wisdom my clients have shared with me over the years. But mostly I bring presence and questions. I don't have your answers. I believe you do. And I'm here to walk with you while you find them.
